A Malaysia comparison can become misleading even when every number was copied correctly. The problem appears when the numbers describe different quantities: a method minimum, a qualifying promotional deposit, a bonus cap or turnover. The currency must be retained, but currency alone is not enough to make those quantities comparable.
Use a hypothetical example in MYR. A payment method might allow a deposit of ten, while a promotion requires a deposit of one hundred. Those figures would not contradict each other: one concerns funding the account and the other concerns qualifying for a particular offer. The example does not establish actual limits for a named operator.
A bonus cap adds another condition. If a promotion matches 50% up to a cap of fifty, a qualifying deposit of one hundred reaches that cap in the simple arithmetic. A larger deposit would not automatically increase the capped reward. The account deposit maximum, if any, is a different field again.
Turnover then needs its own base. A multiplier applied to the bonus alone differs from the same multiplier applied to deposit plus bonus. Game contribution, expiry and maximum stake may further change the practical conditions. A single label such as minimum deposit cannot capture all of these restrictions.
The Malaysia page should display only records actually scoped to Malaysia or clearly marked general product information. An amount in another country’s currency should not be converted and presented as a local offer. Currency conversion cannot establish campaign eligibility, permitted access or account acceptance.
Payment timing also needs context. A method’s advertised processing interval may exclude identity checks, operator review or bank handling. The observed wording is a source claim, not a personal payout-speed test. A missing fee field is unknown; it is not a reason to announce that a transfer is free.
For a useful comparison, retain country, operator, currency, transaction direction and observation date alongside the amount. Put promotion conditions in a separate section with their own scope and freshness. This avoids making the Malaysia guide look complete by inserting nearby-country data that answer a different question, while allowing general explanations of game or market mechanics to remain useful where local figures are not yet recorded.
