A usable sports comparison
Write down the event, participants, period, market, line and observation time. A football 90-minute result, a qualification market and a first-half result are different contracts. Basketball totals may require an overtime rule; racket-sport totals require the correct scoring unit.
Example before the price
A match can be level after regulation and still produce a qualifying team later. A short label such as winner is insufficient to decide which outcome settles the bet. Use the bookmaker’s exact contract and keep it with the quoted price.
